Claud Baking is a local maker of artisan pies. Our philosophy from the beginning has been to combine simple ingredients with traditional scratch baking methods and beautiful design.
The Coconut Cream pie has a deep, rich coconut flavor with a hint of pure vanilla, topped with a swiss meringue. Our signature hand rolled crust completes this dessert. Excellent for any gathering.

To offer the highest in quality, desserts are made fresh from scratch only after we receive your order. We take orders by phone Tuesday through Friday from 9am-3pm. Please see the schedule for order and pickup times.

Claud (KLAWD) Richardson was a farmer by trade who grew a variety of produce from black-eyed peas to peaches on his local farm. The seasons bounty the family harvested would be sold and bartered, but much of it would be used in the family kitchen to make fresh scratch pies and desserts for all to enjoy.
Claud Baking is a family owned business founded by husband and wife, Russell & Diana Richardson in 2013. They were influenced by the traditions from the older generations in their families. Diana’s mother, who has been cooking and baking from scratch since the tender age of ten, created her passion for culinary baking. Russell’s Grandfather, Claud (KLAWD)Richardson, practiced farm-to-table living for a lifetime. Since great desserts start with quality ingredients, many of our fruits and nuts are harvested from local farms when in season. We hope you enjoy our recipes that combine old kitchen techniques with real ingredients to produce desserts with incredible taste.
